Umteun Jeju Delicatessen opened its door in the autumn of 2021. The experienced chef and his wife desired to open a well-assorted delicatessen with their expertise, artisanal meat products. At the moment the shop focuses on building up a fine-tuned grocery but later will be extended as a casual dining restaurant. The design goal is to achieve artisanal premium quality products with hand-drawing illustrations and lean typography.
